• Mr Vape Inc. use of personal information that you may submit to Mr Vape Inc. through this Web site is governed by theMr Vape Inc. Privacy Policy.

Mr Vape Inc. keeps your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology.

Consumer Agreement

•  When purchasing any product from Mr Vape Inc you are verifying that you are of legal smoking age in your state and/or country.

Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping Time -- Most orders placed Sunday through Thursday will usually ship within 24-48 hours, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. Orders placed on Monday may not ship until Tuesday, due to us fulfilling orders from Saturday and Sunday.
• We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays, Orders placed on Fridays after 2pm, orders placed on Saturday, and orders placed on Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Mr Vape Inc or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Priority Shipping is a expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All order are packed and shipped in the order they are received. 

Customs, Duties, VAT Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Mr Vape Inc and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them. 

Missing and Delayed shipments We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much informtion about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations.

International Orders International Shipment Liabilities. Mr Vape Inc. assumes no liability for international shipments once the package has left our facility.  Purchaser is responsible for knowing and understanding the laws regarding the importation of any products ordered into their country.  Purchaser assumes total liability for shipments confiscated or delayed by customs and is responsible for any duties imposed on shipments or orders.

All international shipments will be shipped using USPS mailing services. We are unable to control what carrier handles the package once it leaves the US and are not responsible for packages that are undeliverable, mis-delivered, lost, or stolen.

International shipments that are returned to us for any reason will be held for 10 days and then discarded.  Returned packages will not be refunded and no credits will be given.  The package may be re-shipped upon request, but will require payment of a second shipping charge to cover the cost of re-shipment.  

Sales Tax

• Mr Vape Inc. will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes applied.

Exotic Wooden Box Mods.

• o    We feel so confident in our craftsmanship that we cover our Exotic Wooden Box Mods with a limited 1 year warranty. This warranty covers any malfunctions that may occur. This includes the 510 connection, the switch, the ON/OFF switch, the battery contacts, and the regulator (if available).

• o    This warranty does NOT cover any user errors.This includes, but is not limited to: spills, drop, scratches, chips, cross threading of the 510 connection, defects in the wood, or if the wood becomes warped. Keep in mind that this is a natural material.

• If you are in need of repair and are out of your warranty time period, repairs are available at a cost.  Button Switch - $15.00, ON/OFF Switch - $10.00, 510 Connection - $15.00, Regulator - $35.00 to $75.00 (depending on the model you purchased), Battery Contacts - $7.00. In the event that  repairs are needed and the 1 year warranty is up please feel free to contact us so we can work out a plan on how and when these repairs will be made.

Return Policy

• Due to personal tastes and preferences we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for e-liquid products. All e-liquid purchases are final.

For Batteries, Electronic Cigarettes, and Chargers there is a 30 day warranty/return policy on these items. If one of these items is defective please contact us for further instruction.

For all other items there is a 14 day return policy.

If a item is DOA (dead on arrival) please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
